3 Ways Email Marketing Can Work For You

Opt-in email marketing is where it's at. If you're not using email marketing as a form of promotion for your internet business, then you're missing out big time. Most marketers like to lead people straight to their sales page and hope for a sale. And some times, they actually do get a sale. But do you know how much MORE money they would make if they lead their website visitors to subscribe to their newsletter first?

They would make a TON of more money if they did this. And if you're not doing this, then you should start now. This is the most effective and (quite possibly) the fastest way to earn money from selling something from your website. You can start a joint venture partnership with someone in your niche easily by leveraging your email list. If you do not have a product to promote anything to your list, you could contact someone else in your niche (a non-competitor) and ask them if they want to sell their products and services to your list.

This is really easy, and it's a great way to get immediate sales and new customers. I do joint ventures all the time, and they play a big role in my business. I'm typically the one who has the product to offer though. My list is big, and I could promote someone else's product to my list, but I like this form of the joint venture arrangement. Here's another way that you can make money with your email list:

2) Sell advertising

Some people will start to ask you if they can advertise in your email newsletter. Depending on your intentions for monetizing your list, and the relationship that you have with your subscribers … you may want to explore this option. If advertisers get good results from the ad that they run in your newsletter, you can expect repeat business from them.

This only means that you could have a constant stream of predictable income coming in weekly. The more subscribers you get, and the more you educate them and get them to desire the products that your advertisers are selling, more than likely, you're revenue stream will explode in a short period of time. Here's another way to make money with your list:

3) Sell your products to them

Of course this is the most obvious – and in my opinion, the best! The more sales you make, the more backend customers you will get. And the more backend customers you get, the more money you can make from them by selling similar items to your past customers.

You'll start to earn your money back from your advertising to get the leads, and in a short period of time, you'll be in the profit zone. This is where 80% of your business revenue will come from. It does not matter if you sell on eBay, Amazon, or your own website. This technique works!
